At Arlene.My, we are committed to make your shopping easy and fuss-free. Please read the following terms and conditions before making a purchase with us. Please ensure that you have acknowledged, understood and have agreed to abide and adhere to the following terms and conditions.
At Arlene.My, we are not able to amend orders that have been paid successfully. Please ensure that item, colour, size, quantity and address are correct before making full payment.
Arlene.My uses POS MALAYSIA BERHAD. Prices listed is exclude shipping cost. Shipping rates will be calculated by our system upon check out. All orders will be posted within 24hours after order and payment received. Tracking number will be emailed once parcel shipped out.
Parcel can be tracked at http://www.pos.com.my/pos/appl/service/sub_poslaju.asp . Kindly inform us if parcel does not show up AFTER ORDER been placed. (3 working days for Malaysia and 14 working days for International) .
Pos Malaysia makes delivery on Monday - Saturday, excluding the first Saturday of every month and local public holidays (Malaysia). Please ensure that your shipping address location has someone in during working day as PosLaju requires signature upon delivery If not, they will drop the parcel at the nearest Post Office and you need to collect it yourself there.
Once the Dispatch Confirmation is emailed to you, your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers (Pos Laju or Malaysian Registered Mail) and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).
For all international orders, any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country (if any) must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel.
Price and Shipping Rates are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Exchanges/ Returns - Items sold are not refundable & exchangeable. Items are 100% in new and good condition. Please note that there may be a variance in the colour of the item due to computer screen settings and studio lighting. Arlene.My portrays all items as accurately as possible. Arlene.My is not liable for Arlene’s items purchased from a third party merchant.
Product Care - Buyers are advised to hand wash all items purchased by using mild detergent and cool water (unless otherwise stated on the product care page). All items should not be dried under direct sunlight. Buyers are advised to iron all items at low to medium heat. Items that are of chiffon, silk or satin material to be steam ironed or ironed with a piece of cloth between iron and item of clothing.
